The most influential chefs and Emmy-nominated culinary stars return with another set of bucket-list-worthy dining experiences for the 3rd edition of Nassau Paradise Island Wine and Food Festival from March 12th to 16th, 2025.
The festival promises more sumptuous tastings of champagne and fine wine, intimate dinner soirées with celebrity chefs, and masterclasses from some of the world’s top culinary masters in the tropical paradise of Nassau. The all-star lineup includes Bobby Flay, Katie Lee, Kardea Brown, and Michael Symon, and musical performances from Caribbean superstars Baha Men and music icon Shaggy.
Michelin-starred chef Michael White will formally open the festivities with a masterclass on pasta making, where he will share his expert tips and secrets to crafting the perfect dish. Followed suit by a Goombay Cookout with the Food Network’s queen of soul food Kardea Brown.
Thursday night will buzz with Tacos and Tequila featuring a live performance from Baha Men and will serve as a thrilling prelude to the festival weekends’ evening revelries: A Taste of Paradise with Bobby Flay serving boldly flavored beachside bites and sips of sumptuous wines and cocktails on Friday night, and the fiery Jerk Jam featuring flavorful grilled meats and seafood, along with live cooking demos, and an electrifying performance by Shaggy on Saturday.
In between the buzzing evenings are more can’t-miss experiences: a luxury food tour of Nassau’s top restaurants led by Michael Symon, a conch degustation in Conch Tales with the beloved chef José Andrés, and a relaxing Paradise Picnic curated by hosting connoisseur Katie Lee. The festival will also feature family-friendly activities with a Barbie and Ken Culinary Adventure event and a delightful cake and ice cream social.
The Nassau Paradise Island Wine and Food Festival boasts a total of 22 unique events, promising visiting foodies a once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience in the Caribbean.
